Even though the Input/Output Return Loss measurements indicate good performance down to 5GHz, the phase linearity of this part become highly dependent to the control voltage below 10GHz. Phase linearity is acceptable down to 8 GHz, however at 5GHz the deviation from linear phase will be too high which would translate to high group delay as well. It might be possible to use it as a static delay element at 5G though.
