I would like to ask you few questions wo we can have a better understanding of the problem.
What is the voltage range are you using? The output on your attached file range from 0 to 4V, what is the input on IN[0:7]?
A rising edge on the RESET or PD aborts the conversion process and places SDO into high impedance. What was the status of the RESET or PD pins when it was connected?
