I am making a digital energy meter using ADE7757, but i am encountering some problems. The output on CF pins remains constant at 17.5mV, and I am not getting any pulses on either F1, F2 and CF.. Can anyone help to figure out the problem. I am attaching the circuit diagram and the PCB layout.
